You must be subscribed to PUBYAC to post messages to PUBYAC.

Please format your messages as Plain Text.  This shows up much better in the Digests.  See the Plain Text page for how-to's in different e-mail programs.

Due to increased problems with spam, PUBYAC is now accepting postings only from registered subscribers.  Posts will be rejected if your exact e-mail address is not on the subscriber list.

If you are a long-term subscriber and a posting is rejected, your e-mail address may have changed so that it no longer exactly matches the address on PUBYAC's subscriber list.  If this is a problem, use your Password (mailed to you monthly) to access your Options page.  Adjust your address on PUBYAC so that it precisely matches your e-mail address. 

If you are with a Human Resources department, you can subscribe to PUBYAC, then set your subscription to Postpone.  This will enable you to post Job Openings, but you will not receive the daily messages.
